A space to hear yourself again — and make room for more clarity and inner peace, even in the midst of everyday life.
Sometimes, all you need is a little space to hear yourself again.
So much is happening inside that even noticing what you feel or need can become difficult.
Demands, expectations, opinions. In the middle of it all, your own voice can become harder to hear.
The days keep moving, things need to get done — and you can barely find space to simply be.

Reiki is an integrative practice of care and well-being. Here, it reaches you remotely, on a day we agree on.
In a distance Reiki session, I send Reiki to you on the agreed day while you carry on with your routine: there is no video call, and you don't need to be online, meditate or stop what you're doing. As a complement, I use dowsing to check the seven chakras before and after the Reiki. Afterwards, you receive a simple record of that check and a link to download a free educational guide about the chakras.
We agree on the day of the session. You don't need to be online or interrupt your activities.

Integrative Practices first came into my life as care. I was looking for ways to care for myself, and that’s where curiosity, study and practice began. Over time, the practice stopped being something only for me and became a way to support other people too.
Prioritizing my well-being has transformed my life over the past seven years.
It took more than seven years of inner work — receiving support, learning to care for myself, and discovering that I could also reach out a hand to others — without losing myself. Gratitude that words can’t hold.
So, answering whether I noticed any change in my emotional pattern? Yes, it was what I mentioned above. I managed to keep my mood steady, despite many demands and tiredness, haha
I wanted to share something about the week... it was amazing
I think people forget to reply to you because there's this burst of energy and you just want to go out and do all sorts of things hahaha
I started the week feeling low, had a really tired, worn-out weekend, and started the work week still a bit low too, but from Wednesday on I didn't stop. On Saturday I got home with so much energy that I only went to bed close to midnight, because I was falling asleep on my feet — that same Saturday I'd already started prepping meal containers for Sunday and Monday so I'd have time off on Monday. Yesterday, Sunday, was the same: no afternoon naps, even though I'd told myself I'd sleep, lie around playing games and resting — but instead I got the idea to make some crafts to sell at a local market, and now I'm working on prototypes, sculpting with clay. Wow, my sacral chakra is going wild haha, letting this creative energy flow.
But a little before you sent me the report, I felt a calm in the middle of a stressful moment that even surprised me. After you sent the report, I got to thinking...
Start with one session. There is no predefined number or sequence you need to follow. After the first experience, notice how it resonates with you over the following days/weeks.
A session can be a one-off moment of care. If it makes sense to continue, receiving sessions over time can become part of a well-being routine, make room for deeper self-observation and help you notice how you feel at different moments of life.
Each person experiences this in their own way. The pace is yours — according to your needs and possibilities.
You deserve to hear yourself.
